Fun with baking

Hi again bloggers,
I am back with another blog post about a book I am reading by Vince Ford called Possums2U. For my reading task I had a choice of what I wanted to do. I chose to make possum cupcakes. Here is a video of me making them and they are amazing to eat!

    Devon, Those cupcakes are amazing!!!! I hope you have saved one for me. They almost look too good to eat. YUM. I wondered if you were counting in 2's or 5's when you were cutting out the eyes? What a fabulous project for you two to do together. You are very clever.

    You are posting the most amazing blog posts. This is a superb video. I am going to have to catch up as I have never heard of the author Vince Ford but he has obviously inspired you.

    When school comes back I guess I can look forward to a delicious muffin or two.
